The following criteria is preferred when applying for the Train the Trainer Course:
- Educated to Diploma level or above
- Facilitation Skills or equivalent
- Knowledge and experience of group facilitation and presentation skills
- Experience of consistently delivery parenting programmes working with parents in a group setting
- Experience of working with parents on family issues and understanding their diverse needs
- Sound knowledge of child development and managing children’s and young people’s behaviour
